This article will explain how to export and save your data and files before ending your project. This way you won't lose any data or files when ending your project.
WARNING
Closing your project will result in your project being deleted at the end of your subscription period, and it will no longer be accessible!
How to export data from Field
To avoid losing data, you may wish to download all registrations from Dalux Field. To learn how to do this, see this article: How to export data from Field.
How to export data from Box
All files should be downloaded from Dalux Box before ending your project. You can read more in this article, about how to export data from Box: How to export data from Box
How to end a project
If you need to save your data, export all the information you want to keep before ending the project, or else you will lose access to it.
If you want to close your project, go to Settings
Project setup
'Project data'
'Close project'.
Clicking 'Close Project' will open a window, where a one-time code needs to be entered before the project can be closed. Clicking 'Send code' will send the code to your email. After inputting the code, 'Close project' can be clicked.
Clicking 'Close project' will set the project for closure at the end of your subscription period.
