This article will show you how to set up email signatures in your FM instance. Email signatures can be customized with text and placeholders, and will be included in email notifications sent from your FM instance. It is possible to have unique email signatures for new users, tickets, work orders, and suppliers.

You need to be an administrator to set up email signatures.
Email signatures are managed in Settings

'Email signatures':
You can customize up to 4 different email signatures depending on the category of email notifications.

Your options are:
- New users - The email signature in emails sent to new users
- Tickets - The email signature for all emails relating to tickets (reporter and responsible)
- Work orders - The email signature for all emails relating to work orders
- Supplier - The email signature in emails sent to external supplier work orders
You can customize the email signature using formatting tools and placeholders. Links will be automatically made into hyperlinks in the sent email.
You can change which email type the signature is for in the menu on the left. When you are done customizing the email signatures, click 'Save'.
