To get started with Dalux, create your account and log in. After logging in, your available projects will appear and you can begin working immediately.
Accepting an invitation and creating a Dalux account
When a project administrator or company contact invites you to join a project, you will receive an email from which you can create your account.
If you can't find the invite, check the following:
- If you have multiple email addresses, check the one that was invited to the project.
- If you are unsure which email was invited, contact the project administrator.
- If the invitation email is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Once you receive the email, create your account on either desktop or mobile.
Select Accept invitation in the email to go to the account creation page. Enter your first and last name, then create a password.
- Your name appears when you create, reply to, or close registrations, so other project participants can identify you.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, or special characters.
You can request a password reset on the login page if you forget your password.
You can update account details except your email address at any time.
Logging in to Dalux
On a computer, download the Dalux desktop app or visit build.dalux.com.
On a mobile device, download the Dalux app for iOS or Android.
Use the same email address that received the project invitation. Enter your full email address and password each time, or save your login details for faster access. The Dalux app keeps you logged in between uses.

Having trouble logging in?
If you cannot log in or access a project, follow these steps.
Login issues:
- Confirm you are using the email address that was invited to the project
- Enter your full email address and password
- Request a new password if you have forgotten yours
- Check your spam folder for the password reset email
Project access issues:
- Contact the project administrator or your company contact to confirm your invitation
- Ask them to send a new invitation if needed
Complete your setup by adding your profile information, which helps other project participants find and identify you.
