Accurate profile information in Dalux helps other participants find you and your contact details. It increases transparency and cooperation in the project, and makes clear who is making registrations and who is communicating with whom.

Adding your profile information takes only a few minutes and benefits the entire project.

Adding and adjusting your profile information

Access your profile settings at any time by selecting your name in the top right corner.

Setting your profile information is often a one-time action, and it stays with your profile across multiple Dalux projects. Update your profile information in Dalux whenever it changes, such as when you get a new phone number.

Always keep your first and last name added and accurate. Your name appears on registrations you make, changes you submit, and comments you add.

Add your company and job or project title to help other participants identify you by role rather than name.

Add a phone number so other project participants can reach you by phone.

Your personal settings are also where you change your language settings, allowing you to work with Dalux in your preferred language. Changing your language only affects the Dalux interface, not the custom text added to registrations.

Find contact information

Everyone on the project has access to the contact list, ensuring that users can easily identify and contact each other, making communication faster and responsibilities clearer. You can find this list in the user settings of the project.

We suggest following these recommendations:

• Fill in all relevant fields, not just the minimum
• Use your real name and correct company
• Keep your contact details up to date
• Review your profile if your role or contact details change
