This article will show you how to download reports in the Owners Portal in Dalux.
The Owners Portal provides PDF reports from different registrations in Dalux. You can download reports individually or all at once to save them in your system.
You get access to the Owners Portal by either being invited to a Dalux project or as part of your role in a project.
How to access the Owners Portal
User rights
If you get an invitation to a Dalux project using the Owners Portal, you will need to create a Dalux account if you do not already have one. You can read more in this article: How to create a profile and log in to Dalux
The Owners Portal can be found in the sidebar. If you only have access to the Owners Portal, it will automatically open.
Owners Portal overview
The Owners Portal is comprised of these screens:

Home - Here you will find an overview of when and which type of registrations were exported to the Owners Portal

Tasks - Here you will find all reports generated from tasks that have been exported to the Owners Portal

Inspection plans - Here you will find all reports generated from inspection plans that have been exported to the Owners Portal

Test plans - Here you will find all reports generated from test plans that have been exported to the Owners Portal

Checklists - Here you will find all reports generated from checklists that have been exported to the Owners Portal
Each menu can have submenus based on the work packages in the project. This makes it easier for you to download only reports from a specific trade or process (depending on how the project is set up).
How to download files from Owners Portal
The Owners Portal allows you to easily find and download single or all PDF reports.
You can use the folder structure to download specific types of registrations, like tasks or checklists, or to download from a particular work package using the work package folders.
The process is the same whether you are downloading tasks, inspection plans, test plans, or checklists.
If you select a file in the list, you can use Open to preview the report.
Use Export to download either the entire list or selected items. You can choose whether you want to export the data in a table format or to download reports for the chosen registrations. Multiple files will be downloaded in a .zip file.
