The following features will be available in the 2026.5 product update (Sep 8, 2026)

Suppliers can see time spent so far on a work order

Suppliers can check how much time has been spent on a work order so far. This makes it easier for suppliers to keep track of the total time without having to add it all up once the work order is finished. You can register time on both mobile and desktop.

Create recurring work orders as part of a service agreement

You can now create recurring work orders as part of a service agreement.

Updates to 'Add information' on work orders

The 'Add information' menu has been updated, so now you can use the attachment menu to upload documents and add documents from Documentation.

With the release of the new Dalux FM mobile app, you can also upload documents from your mobile device.

Archive buildings and lots

Buildings and lots can now be managed directly from the list view. Once you archive a building or lot, you won’t be able to edit it anymore.

Work order title added to email notification topic

The title from work orders or the topic from a ticket is now shown in the email subject line for email notifications. This makes it easier for you to search for and find email notifications related to specific work orders or tickets.

POST and PATCH API end points for companies

Companies have been added as endpoints in the Dalux FM API, so you can now integrate and manage company libraries from external systems more easily.

You can read more about the Dalux API in this article: Dalux API

Dalux FM 2026.6

The following features will be available in the 2026.6 product update (Sep 29, 2026)

New KPI types in service agreements

The following KPI types have been added to service agreements:

  • Time to attend (TTA)

  • Time to fix (TTF)

  • Time to deadline (TTD)

TTA is measured from when a work order is placed to when the supplier checks in.

TTF is the total time from supplier check-in to check-out.

These KPIs only track cases where suppliers need to check in.

TTD is measured from when the work order is placed by the customer to when it is completed. TTD uses a threshold added to the deadline instead of a fixed time. Time to complete (TTC) and TTD cannot be enabled together on the same KPI.

New look for work orders in the supplier portal

The look and feel of work orders in the supplier portal will be updated to more closely match how tasks appear in Dalux Field.

You can also assign work orders to employees.

The data will be organized differently, making it easier to read and understand.

Supplier check in using location services

To make it easier for suppliers to check in and start a work order, the check in feature will include both QR code scan and location based check in. If you have location services enabled and you are near the work order location, such as inside the building or on the lot, you can quickly check in and start tracking your time.

If your location cannot be confirmed or you do not have permissions turned on, you will still need to scan a QR code.

Region based team administrator

If you're a work order module administrator assigned to specific user regions, you can now directly create, edit, and manage team groups within your designated region. Work order administrators limited to certain user regions will only see and manage teams that belong to their assigned region.

You can only create new regions if you are a system administrator or an administrator in work orders without an assigned region.

Attach documents in the approval window in supplier portal

If a supplier attaches a document with their approval request for a work order, it will now be correctly visible to the facility manager or customer when they view the work order in their inbox.

Service agreement disciplines shown in buildings

When viewing a building on the Dalux FM mobile app, service agreements are now organized into discipline folders, just as they are on desktop.

Attach images and files to internal messages

You can now add images and files the internal message in work orders. These attachments are not visible to the supplier.

Supplier document visibility in work orders

You can now see if documents added to work orders are visible to suppliers or not.

Hide miscellaneous data fields in the work order template

You can now customize work order templates to hide these miscellaneous data fields:

  • Priority

  • Work order type

  • Statutory

  • Warranty

If you hide all these fields, the miscellaneous section will not appear on the work order template.

Custom headers shown on mobile

Customer headers in custom user fields are now also shown on mobile.

Open zones from a drawing and see number registrations in each zone

When you select a zone in Locations, you can now open it and make changes like adding documents or renaming it. You can also see how many registrations such as work orders, tickets, or checklists are in each zone.

Asset ID shown in asset dialog

The asset ID was previously only visible in the list view for assets. You can now also see the Asset ID when opening a specific asset as part of the asset metadata.
