Build release notes 2026.6

Welcome to the Dalux mobile release notes for Build 2026.6 (Sep 22, 2026).

The new mobile app product update 2026.6 was released on Android and iOS prior to this release.

Be sure to update your mobile app to keep using the Dalux app without any interruptions.

Field

More accessible send button on tasks

The send task button has been moved to the bottom of the screen, making it easier to reach with one hand. The button is now also dynamic, showing you which action is being taken, such as "Report ready" or "Reject".

Save and reuse your signature on the mobile app

You can now save your signature in your personal settings in the mobile app. The signature can then be quickly reused in registrations or daily logs.

SiteWalk coverage view on mobile

The SiteWalk coverage view is now the default when you filter for SiteWalks on the Dalux mobile app. This helps you quickly find the latest and closest SiteWalk to the area you are looking for.

SiteWalk recording time increased to 10 minutes

SiteWalk now supports 10 minutes of continuous recording, so you can record more of your construction site in one go. You can still easily combine multiple recordings into one walk to ensure you capture everything you need.

Drawing quality feedback from SiteWalk

When you record a new SiteWalk, you will now get a warning if Dalux detects that the drawing is not suitable for SiteWalks, such as drawings with multiple floors or no scale. This helps avoid doing SiteWalks on drawings that might get rejected.

New report view for closed registrations

Completed test plan and inspection plan registrations now have a new report view. The report view better organizes all information and makes it more obvious that the registration has been completed.

Open public safety observations from emails in the mobile app

As a safety manager, you can now open safety observations directly in the Dalux mobile app right from your email notifications when you open the emails on your mobile device.

Create registrations from the map view

You can now easily create registrations from the map view using the new registration button at the bottom of the screen.

Locations

Map and drawing button split in Locations

The buttons to switch between the map and drawing views in Locations have been separated into two buttons. This makes it clearer which view you're currently in and makes it easier to switch between the two views.

General changes

In the More menu of the mobile app, a "What's new" button has been added, which takes you straight to the latest release notes for the Dalux mobile app.
