Improved supplier communication flow
Available in the 2026.1 release on March 10th, 2026
This release introduces several changes to the work order communication with forward suppliers. The update aims to make it clearer who is responsible for the work order, while improving and formalizing communication between suppliers and facility managers.
Work order headers now show who is responsible for the work order, making it easier to see whether the next action is with the supplier or the FM team.
Status and accountability are now more accurately displayed, clearly indicating the current status and responsible party.
The chat function on the suppliers app have been changed with an 'Add information' which makes communication more official. This can be found in the More menu.
Customer approvals of expected prices
Fully available in the mobile release 2026.2 on April 8th, 2026
Choose if the expected price from the supplier should require approval.
Administrators can set whether a price from each supplier needs approval. When the 'Expected price needs approval' option is turned on for a supplier in the company settings, the supplier must have any requested price approved by the responsible user on the work order before starting the work order.
Changes for the owner in the approval flow
- Approve the expected prices before starting the work order
- If a supplier enters an expected price, the owner will be notified and must approve the changes before work can begin
This ensures clear responsibility in the approval process and agreement between the supplier and owner.
Changes for the suppliers
- Updated interface for completing a work order
- Simplified interface that highlights the most important details
Suppliers now have a clearer interface, making it easier to focus on the key information in each workorder.
When closing a work order, the new feature for adding information is now included.
Service agreements moved from settings to work orders
Available in the 2026.1 release on March 10th, 2026
Service agreements are now created and managed directly in the Work Orders tab instead of in Settings.
This change lets you handle service agreements in the same place where you create work orders, tickets, and invoices. Permission settings have not changed.
Custom fields for service agreements
Available in the mobile release 2026.2 on April 8th, 2026
User fields are now available in Service agreements. This means you can set up custom user fields for service agreements, similar to how you do for work orders and tickets.
Link service agreements to lots
Available in the mobile release 2026.2 on April 8th, 2026
You can add service agreements to lots, which enhances the connectivity of this feature. This is especially useful for service agreements that occur outside of specific buildings or involve assets.
General performance updates
We have improved performance in different areas of our products. This reduces load time noticeably in products like Locations and
Work orders. Additionally, uploading to
Assets, and retrieving and updating information in the
HelpDesk is now significantly faster.
