In this article, we will show you how to manage your e-mail settings to organize the amount and type of mail notifications you receive when changes in the platform occur. Changes can be newly created or updated work orders and tickets.
How to set email notifications
To control which email notifications you wish to receive go to:
Your name, in the top right corner
My profile
Email notifications

Individual users are responsible for setting their own notification preferences and project administrators cannot set up notifications for others.
Administrators can disable certain email types for the FM instance, but you will still receive the email types you’ve enabled regardless of admin settings.
Use the toggles to decide which email notifications you want to receive. When you are done, click on 'Save'.
