Only project/Field administrators can delete individual 360 photos.
Dalux Mobile currently supports the following cameras for taking 360 photos directly in the app:
- Insta360 X5 (Also works with SiteWalk, requires an SD card, e.g. a MicroSD V30)
- Insta360 X4* (Also works with SiteWalk, requires an SD card, e.g. a MicroSD V30)
- Ricoh Theta Z1 (Also works with SiteWalk)
- Ricoh Theta X
- Ricoh Theta SC2
*Please note the Insta 360 X4 Air is not supported.
360 photos from other cameras can still be uploaded and used within Dalux.
We recommend avoiding lens guards with Insta360 cameras to prevent glare and distortion. If you use one, select the 'Lens Guard' option in camera settings and ensure it is installed properly to avoid blocking the lens.
Tips and tricks
360 photos need to have a location set before they can be saved.
By default, a new 360 photo is named after the location name, or room property if available.
Using Dalux Desktop, two 360 photos can be compared side-by-side - or a single 360 photo can be compared to the 3D model.
