Changelog
General
History log added to checklists, companies, and service agreements
We've added a history log to checklists, companies, and service agreements to help you track changes, including what was changed, when, and by whom.
Introducing API identities for granular API access
We are introducing API identities for granular access to the Dalux FM API.
API identities are available for the new Dalux FM API version 2.0.0. Existing 'API keys' will remain valid for earlier versions until December 31, 2025.
You can read more about API identities in this article: API identities in FM
You can read our API documentation here: https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/Dalux/DaluxFM-API/
Operations & Maintenance
Suppliers can create tickets in checklists
Suppliers can now create tickets in checklists. This makes it possible for suppliers to communicate directly about issues that need to be fixed. The ticket can then be rejected or turned into a new work order to the supplier.
Also supported on mobile in 2025.4.
Reopen checklists
Admins and users with edit permissions can now reopen closed checklists. If the checklist is part of a closed work order, the work order must be reopened first. This allows you to make corrections to checklists. If a checklist is reopened, it is logged in the new history log.
Also supported on mobile in 2025.4.
Give suppliers' access to specific drawings
You can now give suppliers access to specific drawings. Access to drawings are controlled with drawing discipline or subdiscipline. For example, you can give an external electrical supplier only access to relevant electrical drawings. Access is for both desktop and mobile.
HelpDesk
HelpDesk users can be restricted to HelpDesk zones
A HelpDesk user can now be restricted to HelpDesk zones. This means they will only be able to see others' tickets made within the HelpDesk zones related to the HelpDesk ID.
Change the position of assets created from GIS
Assets created from GIS in Locations no longer have a locked position. This means that you can change the location of the asset and even move it to different areas, like a building or a lot.
Documentation
Image files recognized when adding files to Documentation
When you drag and drop a single file into Documentation, we check if it is a document or an image. If it is an image, you will be asked if you want to create an image. This makes it easier to add an image to Documentation, as you do not need to go to the Images tab first.
