HelpDesk zones
HelpDesk zones enable you to limit HelpDesk reporters to only report on specific areas (zones) on drawings and floors on the HelpDesk app or HelpDesk portal.
HelpDesk zones could be rooms / areas users are renting or where their department is placed and working. Areas on the drawing outside the zone will be hidden for the HelpDesk reporter.
HelpDesk zones are easily created by selecting one or more rooms in:
Settings
Users
'HelpDesk zones' or by drawing the zone manually

Select asset
It is now possible to enable assets for reporters, allowing them to select assets when creating a ticket via the app or the HelpDesk Portal. Administrators can activate this feature under Settings
HelpDesk.
Operations & maintenance
Disable the deadline on work order templates
When creating a new work order template, you now have the option to disable the Deadline field.
This feature only applies to new work order templates, not existing ones.
