"Test Plan Supervision" in Dalux Field will be deprecated in the upcoming release 2025.3, scheduled for May 17th.
To streamline our system, reduce complexity, and introduce more robust alternatives that better align with your needs and future improvements, we are deprecating this feature.
What to do before the release
After the release, the data will no longer be accessible.
If you wish to save any data, please export both the list view and each individual registration.
List view
To export an Excel status overview of the information follow these steps:
- Click on the specific test plan.
- Go to "Extent overview."
- Activate the "Test Plan Supervision" view.
- Export to Excel.
Individual registration
To archive the status of each individual registration, you must download a list view from each cell.
- Double-click a cell in the Test Plan Supervision overview.
- Ensure the Inspected column is visible.
- Print single reports and export the Excel sheet.
New functionality
As part of the 2025.5 release, we are introducing a new feature that enables the creation of "Deviations" directly from Test plans.
This will enable users in the creator role to report deviations to the responsible individuals, functioning like a standard task.
