General
Important notice regarding Notifications and Email signatures
Due to the valuable feedback received from our customers, we've decided to take additional time to refine and enhance this new feature. Your insights have helped us identify key improvements that will make the experience even better. The update is now planned to be released later this spring for our 2025.3 release. Thanks for all the feedback!
The conversion from Notifications to Email signature will happen next release.
In the next release Notifications is no longer be supported, and you will have to use the new Email signature.

Changes and improvements in user roles
Assigning a user as an administrator grants all permissions.
The permission to 'Edit company' is now independent from editing work orders. Users who can edit the company can also add contacts.

HelpDesk
New chat interface when communicating with reporter
The chat from the HelpDesk portal is now also integrated for tickets and work orders. When sending a message to the reporter, the full chat history is shown along with attachments and images. This makes it easier to see the full communication to and from the reporter.

Add buildings to HelpDesk users
You can now assign HelpDesk users to buildings and lots, streamlining access permission setup. This selection determines the tickets visible to the HelpDesk user in the 'Ticket overview' of the HelpDesk portal.

Operations & maintenance
Close work order when all checklists have been completed
If you have multiple checklists on a work order, you will be asked if you want to close the work order when all checklists are completed. This will happen on both desktop and mobile.

New chat interface in Messages
The chat interface has been added to messages. When opening a message the chat will now show instead of the work order/ticket. You can open the work order/ticket by clicking Show work order/ticket.

Suppliers can create tickets in the supplier portal
Suppliers can now create tickets independently of work orders or assets, allowing vendors to handle additional maintenance tasks. This feature is available on both desktop and mobile.

See checklist status when selecting floors on mobile
For work orders with checklists across multiple rooms or assets, the status for each floor is shown, making it easy to identify open checklists.

Open images from assets and work orders directly from the list view
When clicking on the thumbnails in list views for work orders or assets, the image will now open.

Set multiple default values for multiple choice lists
When setting up multiple choice lists, you can now select multiple values as the default values.

You can now filter and sort work order deadlines in the Invoices view.

Locations
Summary bubbles for different data on mobile
The map summary bubbles now reflect the active filter. For example, filtering for assets will display their totals on the map. This makes it easier to see where your different data are located.

Easier to save filters in Locations
It is now easier to save, delete, or share filters in Locations. All the options can be found in the
menu.

Building names show on the map on mobile
Building names are now visible on the mobile map view, making it easier to find the right building in the app.

UI improvements in Locations
In the mobile app, you can toggle to a list view of buildings or refresh data for the current filter (Work orders, Tickets, Assets, Images) by pressing the button.

Measure in 2D and 3D on mobile
New measuring tools are now available in the mobile app for 2D distance and area measurements, as well as 3D laser measurements.

Keep same view between different locations
In the list view, when you switch between locations such as buildings or rooms, you stay in list view instead of switching to map view.
