As a construction manager, the efficient coordination and management of site meetings is critical to the successful completion of construction projects.
By using the Dalux Meetings, construction managers can benefit from real-time collaboration, improved communication, and better documentation.
Dalux meetings
The Dalux meeting feature consists of 3 main areas that can be customized to suit your project, below is an example of a site meeting.
Meeting information
This ensures that attendees know the time, location, and description for the meeting.
Meeting information is also sent as a calendar invite to all meeting attendees when the meeting is created, eliminating the need to manually create another meeting in your calendar.
Attendees
Relevant team members, such as safety managers and foremen, who need to attend or be notified of site meetings, are invited as attendees. They can be marked as absent or present at the start of a meeting.
An email notification is sent to all attendees, whether they attended or not, with the meeting minutes.
Agenda
Meeting minutes serve as a record of the discussions and decisions made during site meetings.
Each meeting item acts as a container for important information for that week or month, allowing tasks, comments, and attachments to be linked.
Open meeting items automatically carry over to the next meeting; closed items do not.
Once a meeting is closed (status: finished), it becomes a static document that cannot be changed.
