Explanation

Creates a heading in checklists. This is not a field where data can be input but used to organize/divide the checklist.

An open text field where any kind of text can be typed/pasted into. The character limit is 12699.

A list with predefined answers. Only one answer can be selected.

A field that only accepts integer numbers (numbers with no decimals).

Calculation can be used for basic calculations. Can use data from integer, decimal data fields in the checklist and/or added calculations (Such as divide by 2, etc.)

Used to mark a field with a red, yellow, or green status. When viewing the data, the field is marked in red/yellow/green.

Select a date from a calendar. Can be the current date or a previous/later date.

Select a date from a calendar and a time of day. Can be a current date or a previous/later date.

Used to choose one person from the users on the project. Will display their name and company.

Used to choose one or more persons from the users on the project. Will display their name and company.

Used to choose a company from the company catalog for the project.

Data field for attachment, if attachments are wanted on a separate field. Attachments cannot exceed 50MB.

The BIM property is selected when creating the template and cannot be adjusted when creating new tasks/checklists. If the location contains a BIM property it will be added to the task/checklist. You can read more here: BIM properties

The zone property is selected when creating the template and cannot be adjusted when creating new tasks/checklists. If the location contains a zone property it will be added to the task/checklist.

The room property is selected when creating the template and cannot be adjusted when creating new tasks/checklists. If the location contains a room property it will be added to the task/checklist.

Automatically sets the weather for the date and time of checklist creation but can also be changed to a previous date. Shows the weather data selected in the weather data settings. Requires the project to have a time zone and a project location set.

A field for a signature, where a signature can be written free hand (mouse/touch), and the name of the signee is added.

Allows you to add another template data field that can be repeated, by pressing a in the checklist. It is not possible to add 'Photos and attachments' to repetitions or have repetitions within repetitions.
