Add time accounts
Time registration is based on time accounts. You can add multiple time accounts to keep track of time registration for different tasks or teams.
To create or manage time accounts, go to:

'Time accounts':
At the top of the window, you can:
- Activate 'Time account is required'. If this is activated, time registrations must select a time account before they can be saved.
- Set a 'Default time account'. When setting a default account, time registrations that are not linked to a specific account will be linked to the selected account.
In the toolbar, you have the following options:
-
Add: Add new time accounts. Time accounts must have a name. You can add an optional description
-
Edit: Edit existing accounts. This lets you change the name or description.
-
Delete: Remove the account. This action cannot be undone.
-
Search: Use the search bar to locate a specific time account
